Cover Letter

Greetings,

In this cover letter I will give a description of the different categories of documents posted. A summation will not be included; your participation in locating the Study's other participants is required to obtain their testimony.

Why should you know the Truth about this 25 plus year old US Congressional Commissioned Military Study to Improve US Airport and Air Travel Security? Without the Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth about this Study you will not be able to make an informed decision if you want to continue to be represented by the Democratic and Republican Political Parties; since, after all "25 years is, a Quarter of a Century" and if the Democrats and Republicans were not able to act on this issue of National Security in that amount of time...

The first category is the polygraph exam results: Following the September 11, 2001 attacks I began contacting media outlets with my information about this Democratic and Republican Political Party Congressional Commissioned Military Study to Improve US Air Travel and offering to take and pay for a polygraph exam to verify what I had said about taking part in this Study was True, no media outlet accepted my offer so after nine months I set this one up myself.

Mr. Weller is a Retired Canadian Army Officer who was trained by the US Army as a Military Polygraph Examiner and the exam I was given is the same one the US Government uses; I met the US Government's Standard for telling the Truth and passed with the numerical scores of +16 for the positives and a +12 for the negatives; a +6 was required to pass. Included are the polygraph exam results, the information the exam was based on, my DD-214 (military document) and the FBI response (the FBI was my first contact in September 2001).

The next category is the People who have given me their support for getting this information into the media and to the People of the World; one letter from the Honorable John McCallum, Canada's Minister of National Defense, one from Carolyn Parrish, MP and former Vice Chair to the Executive of NATO; Daniel Ellsberg of the "Pentagon Papers", Stephen Schwartz, Publisher of The "Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists" and Michel Chossudovsky from the Centre on Globalisation.

Then a letter from "George Bush's Church" wanting paper copies of my information to give to Democratic Sen. Graham for the first "911 Investigation".

The Next category contains a few of the numerous (about 10-12) attack emails that I received that contained viruses following my posting my polygraph exam results on the internet the also brought death threats from those who did not like the Truth being told about them.

The Media /Misc. category has a few media responses one which says I'm full of baloney, another from Rod Gibson, associate editor of "The Globe" who when I had a phone conversation with, was only interested in publishing it if the Study had a name, I explained to him I was an enlisted man and was not told if The Study had a name; but he insisted upon a name or no print.
